Balance is led by CEO, Erin Carr-Jordan, Ph.D., and COO, Annissa Furr, Ph.D. Dr. Carr-Jordan is a noted expert in child and adolescent development with more than 15 years of experience. Dr. Furr has 10+ years’ experience as the Research Director of Kids Play Safe, is a subject matter expert on public and children’s health, and a science professor.
